Job Description

Job Objective:

Must ensure that the brand remains recognisable, up to date and exciting to the existing and potential customers. Plan the ways to promote and change the public perception of the brand. Also ensure that the branding is consistent across advertising and communication campaigns across all platforms and all touch points. Also includes launching and coordinating brand activation initiatives, events, and promotions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and managing campaigns across print, Outdoor, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers expectations and build the credibility of brand.
  • To be involved in developing the annual / project specific branding strategy based on product segment.
  • To develop the Annual Brand Plan in conjunction with the Marketing Head, Sales & Agency
  • To develop the Launch Plan for new projects including creating and executing launch initiatives and post launch market support activities.
  • To develop, plan and implement sustenance communication
  • To coordinate with the market research team to understand consumer insights and using the same to focus on the brand-building activities
  • To regularly visit the market to understand changes in the market, competitive moves, experience consumer interactions and identify opportunities
  • To effectively track all executions of plans and ensure that they are carried out as per brand expectations and confirm to set deadlines
  • To develop various post-sale marketing initiatives and all promotional material including at exhibitions, etc.
  • To monitor competitor activities and based on the same undertake timely market intervention.
  • Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Create Marketing Budgets and ensure monitoring efficacy (ROI)on a monthly basis
  • Create and update MIS on a regular basis
  • To define and manage Customer experience across all touch points


  • Proven experience of working with Real Estate Industry (preferred)
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • The ability to manage and allocate budgets
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with and an understanding of market research
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
