Planning and Coordination for Large Scale Real Estate Construction Projects
Review of tendered cost estimates BOQ item wise and entering realistic cost budgets of materials, labour, and contractor, equipment and overhead component wise.
Generate Project Baseline by scheduling planned works and costs budgeted.
Generate Project Cash Flow Plan Manpower and Contractor Deployment Schedule, Materials Delivery Schedule, Equipment Transfer and Hire Schedule, etc.
Monitor & Review Project Budgeting, Scheduling & Execution.
Review Manpower & Equipment Deployment and initiate immediate action in case of any deviation from actual requirement.
Monthly, Weekly and daily project monitoring and review for schedule and Cost Performance.
Documentation in SAP & Technical Library of Engineering Drawings, Operation Manuals & Protocols for Officials & Contractors for Construction Activities.
Resolving Queries by having frequent dialogue with Contractor / Sub Contractors and Consultants.
Ensuring Standard Documentation of all system processes for Project Management Execution & Control.
Coordination with all centralized support functions/departments for timely and adequate availability of resources to project site management.
Generate MIS for Project Director for review of critical Activities, Project Schedule, Plans and Variance Analysis.
Good written and spoken English
Excellent Analytical Skills
B Tech / BE Civil from reputed Engineering College.
Experience Range 10 years 12 years
Must be from and in Delhi/NCR only as its for Central Park Flower Valley, Sohna.
Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
