Taking care of New Joining formalities.
Maintaining personal files of staff and workers, Employee transfers letters, Experience/Relieving letters.
Working on Time Office Software and responsible for Payroll input.
Updating leave, On Duty, Over Time, Compensatory off and Muster Roll of Employees.
Handling employee family medical insurance plan related query.
Handling PF & ESI related queries, PF withdrawal and PF transfer of employee.
Inducting the new joiners about the company policies & procedures.
Bank account and pan number opening helpdesk.
Implementation of IR Process & practices & handling day- to-day.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Report.
Collect information like manpower detail, salary & Wages bill, turnover, productivity and prepare summary.
Keep record of Manpower trend department and designation wise.
Prepare records of joining, separation, transfer etc.
Must be a staying in gurgaon or ready to relocate to gurgaon.
Communication and written english should be very good.
Must be able to join in 7 days time.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
