Continental Engines Limited (CEL), the automotive business segment of Baxy Group, came into existence in the year 1983. Driven by the vision to establish itself as a leading automotive solutions provider, CEL is at the forefront of technological innovation and excellence today.
The company derives its strength from Baxy Group, a fast growing multinational established by Mr Amarjeet Singh Bakshi in early 1970’s. CEL offers automotive products and services through the three divisions:

Headquartered in Gurgaon, NCR, the company operates from three state of the art manufacturing facilities located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan and Roorkee, Uttrakhand. With the objective of leading with a technological edge, it has setup an R&D center and Product Development Center at Gurgaon, NCR.
